Overview
[99mTc]Tc-HYNIC-mAbLRRC15 is a technetium-99m labeled monoclonal antibody targeting leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15 (LRRC15). LRRC15 is highly overexpressed in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) within the tumor microenvironment of multiple solid malignancies, including pancreatic, breast, and colorectal cancers, while exhibiting minimal expression in most normal tissues. The radiotracer is designed for noninvasive evaluation of LRRC15 expression and accurate diagnosis of malignancies using SPECT/CT imaging. It has been evaluated in preclinical subcutaneous tumor-bearing mouse models and in a first-in-human clinical study in a patient with colorectal cancer.
